CAFF MOCHA (cafe mocha)
A type of marriage coffee, made by adding milk and chocolate syrup/sauce to espresso; Originally called cafe mocha latte, it is sometimes shortened to cafe mocha; The point is that chocolate syrup/sauce is added, and whipped cream is added according to taste. It was first made in Italy or Spain and popularized in the United States; Known as a coffee extractor since the Middle Ages, it means Mocha Port, and it also means chocolate. Café Mocha is chocolate-infused coffee, and it is especially popular among coffee beginners. It is a combination of espresso, steamed milk, chocolate or chocolate sauce, and is full of soft and sweet taste.
Mocha Matara is a beverage derived from the process of reproducing the flavor of coffee varieties. This variety is characterized by a natural chocolate flavor in the coffee, hence the name Cafe Mocha because it is made from coffee beans imported from Mocha in Yemen. Because it only comes from Yemen and Ethiopia, they tried to reproduce the chocolate flavor of mocha by adding chocolate when making coffee with other coffee beans.
How to make a cafe mocha.
